A new spooky adventure every week
The Halloween Block Party will keep growing each week! A new theme will unlock, so your students have a fresh reason to log in and keep coding all the way through the event.
Week 1 (October 12): Collect Candy in the Pumpkin Patch Kids guide their fuzz through pumpkin patch mazes, scoop up candy, and meet a few spooky new friends along the way.

Week 2 (October 19): Wander into the Spooky Forest The trees are tall and the paths are twisty! Kids team up with their fuzz for brand-new coding adventures deep in the Spooky Forest.

Week 3 (October 26): Enter the Haunted House Kids creep through the Haunted House, collect candy in every room, and help their fuzzy friends find the way out.

Week 4 (October 30): Trick or Treat at the Fuzzy Block Party It's party time! The whole Fuzz Family heads out to trick-or-treat around the Fuzztopia neighborhood, and your students get to celebrate with them.

Dress up your fuzz
All that candy pays off! Kids can spend the candy they collect in the mazes on Halloween costumes and accessories for their fuzzes. Watching them pick out the perfect spooky look is half the fun.

What your students are learning
Under all the candy and costumes, your students are building real coding skills. Every maze asks kids to think before they act, test their plan, and try again when things don't go as expected; skills that serve them well beyond the computer lab.
As they help their fuzz through each spooky maze, kids practice:
- Sequencing: putting commands in the right order to get from start to finish.
- Conditions: making decisions in their code when the path changes.
- Debugging: spotting what went wrong and fixing it, one step at a time.

These foundational coding concepts connect right back to STEM. Kids plan a route, predict what will happen, and check their results, the same way a scientist or engineer would. It's screen time you can feel good about!
Join the Halloween fun
The Halloween Block Party runs October 12 through November 6, and it's free for every class. No coding experience is required for you or your students! Get rolling with a free teacher account, log your class in, and let the spooky fun begin.
